About me
Hi! My name is Outi and I am the proud owner of Fennican Jonathan Jovial (Jonni), a Swedish Vallhund male, born 22.4.2000, and Heds Bellis De Lux (Bella), a Swedish Vallhund bitch, born 24. 10. 2003 in Swden and imported to Finland 21.6. 2005. I graduated from Joensuu University few years ago, my major was statistics.

NEW ! In December 2004 I finished my M.A. degree in statistics !!

I live in a little town called Joensuu which is situated in the eastern part of Finland, near Russian border. It is nearly 450 kms from here to Helsinki, the capital of Finland. The nearest BIG City is St. Petersburg in Russia. It is only 200 km from Joensuu to the Russian border, so that describes how far east we live...

I belong to the SV breedclubs both here in Finland (Länsigöötanmaanpystkorvat-Västgötaspetsen) and in Sweden (SKV). I also belong to our local Kennelclub Pohjois-Karjalan Seurakoirat (PoKS) in wich I am training agility. I am an agility training instructor. I also have taken a course for dogbreeders, which I passed, and now I have a kennelname, Vilavallarens. I am a member of Finnish Kennelclub and of Finnish Dog breeder's Association.

Hobbies and interests
My hobbies include agility, obedience and dog shows. I also have a horse, gelding, born in 1983, and his name is Stana Song. We did dressage and show jumping together, but now he is a pensioner. I have promised him that I shall keep him as long as he is happy and healthy.
I have had another horse befor Stana. She was a mare called Amarit.
I also have owned dogs before Jonni, a Carelian bearhound called Simmu and a Siberian husky called Musi.

Friends and family
My family includes me, my dogs Jonni and Bella, my horse Stana, my dad Alpo, my mom Anja and my brother Timo, who lives in Helsinki. I have lot of friends. Most of them belong to the same dog club as I do, which is PoKS. My friends and I share the same hobby, agility. My best friend is Laura Melkinen, whose dog, Riki, is Jonni's best friend.
